NABH Accreditation for R.N.T. Medical College & M.B. Hospital
Under his leadership, R.N.T. Medical College & M.B. Hospital became the first and only government hospital in Northern India to receive NABH certification from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers, reflecting exceptionally high standards of patient care and safety.
Mera Aspatal Meri Zimmedari
A low-cost, IT-based innovation designed by him to improve toilet cleanliness in government hospitals by actively involving every visitor in the process. The model was rolled out across all government hospitals in Rajasthan as the “Udaipur Model” starting March 2024. It earned praise from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan and has received several accolades since.
SETU – Rapid Referral Redressal System
SETU is a rapid referral redressal system conceived and developed by Dr. Vipin Mathur to efficiently track all patients referred to R.N.T. Medical College, ensuring timely preparation and reducing unnecessary transfers to private hospitals. This system has transformed the standard of emergency care at R.N.T. Medical College and its associated hospitals across Southern Rajasthan, and has proven life-saving for hundreds of patients through timely care and emergency preparedness. The Government of Rajasthan is in the process of adopting this system for emergency patient care across all government hospitals in the state.
Digital Solution for Package Selection (Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya Yojana)
Developed as a digital innovation under the Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya Yojana to streamline package selection, this solution was recognized with the Atal e-Governance Award 2023–24, presented on 28th March 2025 (IT Day) by the Hon’ble IT Minister of Rajasthan.
